Students were invited to this private lunch session to talk with Dr. Chen Zhou, Associate Chair for Undergraduate Studies of the Industrial Engineering Department and Associate Professor.

Members were encouraged to network with Dr. Zhou and other members in a casual setting, while enjoying a paid lunch.

Dr. Zhou discussed upcoming academic and career opportunities available within the department. He discussed the importance of forming a strong team in senior design. A major focus in the conversation was how to identify wastes in an engineering context. Dr. Zhou talked about unconventional thinking to reduce wastes.
